Amalgache

Navigating dental challenges in the land of lemurs.

Ambalavao, Madagascar.

Amalgache is a charity set up 25 years ago by Belgian dentists.

They consist of a team of experienced, and new, caretakers to provide accessible dental care to the local population. Every year, they fly out for a humanitarian mission to tackle one of Madagascar's biggest healthcare problems: toothache.

We had the privilege of joining the journey and documenting the country for 2 weeks. This film focuses on information, cinematography, and storytelling. The outcome of the assignment was to present the film and photos to investors raising more awareness and gaining new donations to optimise their team and services. Thus, enforcing their ability to give the necessary healthcare to the people of Madagascar.

A project to be proud of for the team.
